Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer the following shipping options. Please note that in some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on all qualifying wine fridges, wine racks and coolers
Expedited Shipping Fees
Our expedited shipping fees and timeframes depend on the carrier and the product category:
- FedEx and UPS typically deliver within 3-7 business days, and the applicable shipping fees can be found during the checkout process
After placing your order, we will follow up with any additional shipping information as needed. Remember that all times and dates given for product delivery are provided in good faith and serve as estimates only. Please be advised that during peak seasons, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year's, the dispatch time may extend to 6-10 business days due to increased demand.
By keeping these shipping guidelines in mind when placing your orders, you can ensure a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience.
How long is the order processing time?
The processing of most orders commences as soon as the online purchase is finalized. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorized, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Wine Fridge Enthusiast. The shipping details will be sent to the email you used during the checkout process.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We charge per FedEx and UPS published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You may check an estimate of the shipping charges by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code or location.
Do you deliver internationally?
We regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to provide international shipping services.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, and our operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with orders placed during the weekend being processed on the following Monday. To ensure timely processing, we kindly ask that you place your orders before 5 pm Central Time (CT). Additionally, some items may qualify for one-day delivery; refer to the product description for availability. By keeping these guidelines in mind, you can enjoy a seamless and efficient shipping experience with our services.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address within the same country. Kindly note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.
Can I cancel the order after payment?
You may cancel your order without incurring any fees up to 48 hours after it has been placed, provided it has not yet been physically shipped. Cancellations of unshipped orders beyond 48 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee. For orders that have been shipped, the standard return procedure applies, and refunds will be issued to the original credit card used during the purchase.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note that the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
If the delay is longer than 30 days the customer is obliged to reach out to us in order to report a missing package. Wine Fridge Enthusiast will, in turn, file a claim to the shipment carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, the customer will receive a full refund. However, if the carrier confirms that the package is still in shipment, the customer will relinquish their right to file a claim and wait for the package to be delivered.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that Wine Fridge Enthusiast is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Wine Fridge Enthusiast.
What can I do if I am not available to pick up the package?
If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier's final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier's depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued through your original payment method.
